Servers
Servers: Our trained and waitresses are neat, professional, friendly and polite. Whether is a simple appetizer dinner or a five star formal dinner party, our wait staff is familiar with every aspect of the job. Servers staff are NOT permitted to do any sort of re-heating, barbecuing, or preparing food.
Bartenders
Bartenders: Our professionally-trained bartenders know how to fix any drink as well as they are able to advise you on pairing wine and food. Bartenders will bring all of the equipment necessary such as cocktail shakers, bottle pourers, bottle openers and corkscrew. For special request, please let us know in advance.
Hostesses
Hostesses: Your guest will be greeted by one of our friendly and charming hostesses. We hire only experienced professioinals with the best referrals. They are very well groomed and they are top performers. Hostess will know how to make sure your guest are comfortable and well accommodated.
Food Prep Staff & Grillers
Food Prep Staff & Grillers: We can provide you with professional grillmaster and food prepared to help you with any outdoor BBQ or any reheating food. You can spend time talking with your guest with the assurance that the food will be spectacular. Reheating and barbecue ONLY. ( We have no Chefs or Cooks available.)
Staff Captains
Staff Captains: Captain is not an event coordinator. Our Staff Captains are trained to handle every part of your event and is required for 4 or more servers to direct the staff and make sure that all service happends in timely manner so you can sit back and relax!
